Ingredients:
1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 pizza dough
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup provolone cheese
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook steak, onions, and peppers in butter until soft.
Roll out pizza dough, sprinkle cheeses evenly.
Spread steak and vegetables on top, season with garlic powder.
Roll up dough, tuck edges, and place seam-side down.
Brush with egg wash, top with parmesan, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm!
