No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is thick enough to roll into balls.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm.
Once chilled, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to lift the balls out of the chocolate and let any excess drip off.
Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the parchment paper and let them set in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
Tips:

For a crunchy twist, roll the balls in crushed peanuts before dipping them in chocolate.
Substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a different nutty flavor.
Serve chilled for a refreshing treat or at room temperature for a softer bite.
Enjoy these easy and delicious no-bake peanut butter cheesecake balls!
