Easy Crockpot Cheesy Beef and Noodles

Ingredients:

1 large block of Velveeta cheese
8 oz block of cream cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies
2.25 pounds ground beef
1 box of bowtie noodles

Directions:

Prepare the Crockpot Base:
Set your crockpot to high heat. Add the Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes to the crockpot. Cover and let it begin to melt while preparing the beef.
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Combine in the Crockpot:
Add the cooked ground beef to the crockpot. Stir to combine the ingredients, then cover and let it cook on high for about 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure everything is melting evenly.
Cook the Noodles:
About 15 minutes before the crockpot mixture is ready, boil the bowtie noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles once cooked.
Combine and Serve:
Add the cooked noodles to the crockpot and stir to mix everything together. Let it sit for a few minutes to ensure the noodles are heated through.
Serve:
Scoop the cheesy beef and noodle mixture onto plates or bowls and serve warm.
Pro Tip: For added flavor, sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese or chopped fresh parsley on top before serving. Enjoy!
