Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta with Steak & Shrimp


Ingredients:

For the pasta:
250g penne pasta (or any pasta of choice)

2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
For the steak:

250g steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the shrimp:

10-12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:



1. Cook the Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Sear steak for about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked to your preference. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Cook the Shrimp:

In the same pan, melt butter and add shrimp.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Cook for about 2 minutes per side until shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove from pan.

4. Make the Creamy Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously.

Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thick.

5. Combine Everything:

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.

Top with the cooked steak and shrimp.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
