Parmesan Garlic Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna


Ingredients:


12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb ground beef
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Directions:


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until beef is browned, then drain excess fat.
Stir in marinara sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan, and half the parsley.
Assemble the lasagna:
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles.
Spread a layer of ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of meat sauce.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
Sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon over the top layer.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let it rest for 10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
