Ingredients:
– 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce (non-alcoholic)
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp veg oil or butter
Directions:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
– In a large skillet, heat veg oil or butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
– Stir in shrimp, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
– Add heavy cream and half of the mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until combined and heated through.
– In a large baking dish, combine cooked pasta shells with the shrimp mixture.
– Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and green onions.
– Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
– Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
