INGREDIENTS:

4 catfish fillets

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s nice and warm for your fish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and a little salt and pepper.
  3. Gently coat each catfish fillet in the flavorful seasoning mixture, making sure they’re well covered.
  4. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to keep things tidy and help the fish bake evenly.
  5. Slide the tray into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the catfish flakes easily when you test it with a fork.
