Just made these Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites – the perfect blend of sweet and savory! Never tried these before, but they were a huge success! Saw my hubby sneak another one after finishing the first!
Ingredients:
1 lb kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Kielbasa and Apples:
Place the sliced kielbasa and diced apples into the slow cooker.
Make the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Stir until well combined.
Cook the Bites:
Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and apples in the slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the kielbasa is heated through and the apples are tender.
Serve:
Transfer the kielbasa bites to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
