1. 1 large flour tortilla
2. 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
3. 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
4. 2-3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
5. A pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat the Pan:
1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat.
Prepare the Tortilla:
2. Place the flour tortilla on a clean surface.
3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
4. Sprinkle the fresh blueberries on top of the cream cheese.

Fold and Cook the Quesadilla:
7. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling, creating a half-moon shape.
8. Lightly spray the preheated skillet with cooking spray or melt a small amount of butter.
