Steak with Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

2 steaks of your choice

1/4 cup bourbon

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions:

1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

4. Add bourbon and let it simmer for a few minutes to cook off the alcohol.

5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for about 5 minutes.

6. Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the bourbon garlic cream sauce over them.

7. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
