Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
Wooden or metal skewers

 Directions:
Preheat grill (or oven to 400°F/200°C if baking). Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes if using.
Marinate chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Assemble skewers: Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
Cook:
Grill: Place skewers on medium-high heat and grill 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through (165°F/74°C).
Oven: Place skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Finish: Sprinkle hot skewers with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serve: Enjoy with garlic bread, rice, or a fresh salad!
