Ingredients:

4–5 roasted jalapeños (seeds removed for mild, keep some for extra heat)

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra spice)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Jalapeños
Roast the jalapeños over an open flame, under a broiler, or in a skillet until the skin is charred. Peel off most of the skin, remove seeds if desired, and roughly chop.

Blend the Base
In a food processor or blender, combine the roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, and seasonings. Blend until smooth.

Add the Cheese
Mix in shredded white cheddar and pulse until creamy but slightly textured. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve
Transfer to a bowl or jar. Garnish with extra chili flakes or chopped jalapeños if you like it hotter.

 Serving Ideas:

Perfect with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Spread inside quesadillas, wraps, or sandwiches.
