Ingredients:
12 egg roll wrappers
12 slices of ham
12 sticks of mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Oil for frying
Optional dipping sauces: Marinara, ranch, or honey mustard

Directions:

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a slice of ham in the center, followed by a mozzarella stick.

Roll the wrapper tightly around the ham and cheese, folding in the sides as you roll. Brush the edges with beaten egg to seal. Repeat for all 12 wrappers.

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the wrapped sticks in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Pro Tip: For a lighter option, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
