Ingredients:

8 oz spaghetti

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 cups fresh spinach

ยฝ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Directions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Cook the Pasta

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Drain and set aside, reserving ยฝ cup of pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 1โ€“2 minutes until fragrant.

3๏ธโƒฃ Cook the Shrimp

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2โ€“3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Toss in the cherry tomatoes. Cook for 2โ€“3 minutes until softened.

Add spinach and stir until wilted.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet.

Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
