Ingredients
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/3 cup raisins
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or mayo for a classic version)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, crushed pineapple, and raisins.
