Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the seasoned chicken wings with olive oil until evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared wire rack.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
While the wings are baking, prepare the lemon pepper wet sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Stir in the hot sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning until well combined.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the chicken wings are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the hot lemon pepper wet sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
Garnish the wings with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Enjoy these spicy and tangy hot lemon pepper wet wings as a flavorful appetizer or main dish!
