Ingredients
Cheeseburger Filling:
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
ΒΌ cup diced onions
ΒΌ cup ketchup
ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
ΒΌ cup mustard
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Crispy Cones & Cheese:
24 frozen tater tots
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
  • Preheat Oven
Heat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
  • Prepare Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
Stir in crumbled bacon, onions, ketchup, mayo, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Hollow the Tater Tots
Using a small knife or spoon, carefully hollow out each tater tot to create a cone shape, taking care not to break them.
  • Fill and Top
Fill each tater tot cone with the cheeseburger mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top.
  • Bake First Round
Arrange cones on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15–20 minutes until tots are golden and cheddar has melted.
  • Add Mozzarella Topping
Mix mozzarella with any remaining cheeseburger mixture. Top each baked cone generously.
  • Bake Again
Return to oven for 5–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve hot.
