Ingredients:
1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs

Preheat Oven:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin well.
Cook the Sausage:
2.1. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any extra grease.

Mix the Ingredients:
3.1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until they are smooth.
3.2. Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick to the eggs. Mix everything together until just combined.
Fill the Muffin Tin:
4.1. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Bake the Muffins:
5.1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
6.1. Let the muffins cool slightly in the tin, then remove them. Serve warm or store for later.
