Ingredients:
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
12 slices of deli ham
6 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese, halved
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns, then layer ham and cheese evenly.
Place the top buns over the cheese to close the sliders.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5-7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
Slice and serve warm!
