Ingredients:
8 oz Brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
2–3 tbsp lavender honey
Optional garnish: extra chopped pistachios or edible lavender flowers

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Brie bites: Cut puff pastry into small squares. Place one Brie cube in the center of each. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top and wrap pastry around the cheese, sealing edges. Brush with egg wash.
Bake: 12–15 minutes, until pastry is golden and puffed.
Glaze: Warm lavender honey slightly and drizzle over baked Brie bites.
Garnish and serve: Sprinkle additional pistachios or edible lavender if desired. Serve warm.
