Ingredients:
– 3 lbs pork shoulder
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup whiskey
– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
– 1 onion, chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, whiskey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Place pork shoulder in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper. Pour the brown sugar whiskey mixture over the pork. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork. Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
