Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
3 cups potatoes, small-diced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream or milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Par-cook potatoes in boiling water for 8–10 minutes until just tender; drain.
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until fragrant.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, broccoli, sautéed onions, cream/milk, sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with fresh chives or parsley and serve warm.
