Sizzling Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles with a Sweet and Savory Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, julienned
2 cups cooked noodles (preferably egg noodles or rice noodles)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Directions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Add the garlic, bell pepper, onion, and carrots to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Toss to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes (if using). Serve immediately.
