Ingredients:
For the blueberry filling:
•4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
•1/2 cup granulated sugar
•1 tbsp lemon juice
•1 tbsp cornstarch
•1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
For the cobbler topping:
•1 cup all-purpose flour
•1/2 cup granulated sugar
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/4 tsp salt
•1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
•1/2 cup milk
•1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon (if using). Pour this mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
3.In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4.Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.
5.Spoon the batter over the blueberry mixture and spread it gently to cover most of the surface.
6.Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
7.Let it cool slightly and serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top!
