Ingredients: 2 racks (about 4 lbs / 1.8 kg) pork ribs, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional), ½ cup (120 ml) barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp olive oil.

How to Make: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs and pat dry. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, coating evenly. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, brush lightly with olive oil, and cover tightly with another layer of foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5–3 hours, until tender. Remove the top foil, brush generously with barbecue sauce mixed with brown sugar, and bake uncovered for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized. Slice between the bones and serve hot for a crowd-pleasing, melt-in-your-mouth rib feast!
