– 2 teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast
– 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon (5g) salt
– 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted
– 2 teaspoons (10g) garlic powder
– 2 cups (240g) shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 teaspoon (5g) Italian seasoning

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
6. Roll out the dough on the baking sheet to desired thickness.
7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
