Ingredients:
1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (8 rolls)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Maple syrup, for serving
Powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the bowl and gently toss until they are evenly coated in the egg mixture.
Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add the coated cinnamon roll bites in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning to brown evenly, until golden and cooked through.
Remove from the skillet and place on a serving plate.
Drizzle with maple syrup and icing from the cinnamon roll package. Garnish with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
