Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 liter milk (about 4 cups)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).

Grease a round baking dish.

Mix eggs & sugar

In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.

3️⃣ Add remaining ingredients

Add melted butter, vanilla, salt, and flour. Mix well.

Slowly pour in the milk while whisking until smooth.

Bake

Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

Bake for 50–60 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set (it should slightly jiggle but not be liquid).

Cool completely

Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing
