Directions
1. Start by cooking the bacon until itโs nice and crispy. Drain it on a paper towel while you get everything else ready.
2. Toast your bread slices until theyโre golden and just the way you like them.
3. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on one side of each toasted slice.
4. On one slice, layer fresh lettuce leaves, your crispy bacon, and thick slices of tomato.
5. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the tomatoes to bring out their best flavor.
6. Place the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down, to finish your sandwich.
7. Slice your sandwich in half and serve it up while that baconโs still warm.
