Spicy Cajun Alfredo Chicken Wraps with Garlic Butter Parmesan Drizzle
Ingredients:
For the Cajun Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembly:
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic butter (melted)
Fresh parsley or chopped green onion, for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes, until cooked through and golden. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce is smooth. Season to taste.
Add the cooked Cajun chicken back into the sauce and toss to coat.
Warm tortillas and lay them flat. Spoon Cajun chicken Alfredo mixture into each wrap. Sprinkle with mozzarella and a touch of Parmesan.
Roll wraps tightly and brush the outside with garlic butter.
Toast wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.
Slice in half, garnish with parsley or green onion if desired, and serve hot.
