Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (leave tails on)
2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
4 small red potatoes, halved
2 smoked sausages, sliced thick
3 boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, boil the red potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the corn and continue boiling for another 5–7 minutes until tender.
3. Add the shrimp and smoked sausage and boil for 3–4 minutes, just until shrimp turn pink.
4. In a separate pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
5. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
7. Toss in boiled eggs and stir gently to coat them in the sauce.
8. Drain the pot and transfer all the boiled ingredients into a large mixing bowl or directly into the serving tray.
9. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seafood boil and mix well.
10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
