Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef
1 box small shell pasta
1 block (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
2 packs taco seasoning
1 can Rotel (original)
1/2 cup milk

Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in a large pan and drain the excess fat.
In a separate pot, boil the small shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan you cooked the beef, melt the cubed Velveeta cheese over low heat. Add the milk and stir until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
Add the cooked pasta and ground beef to the melted cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
Stir in the taco seasoning and Rotel. Mix thoroughly.
Add a handful of sharp cheddar cheese and stir until melted and evenly mixed.
Serve hot and enjoy!
