Ingredients:

* 2 lbs chicken wings (cleaned)
* 4 cups water or chicken broth
* 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
* 1 lemon (halved)
* 2 tbsp butter
* Corn on the cob (cut into chunks) – optional
* Small potatoes – optional
* Sausage links (cut into pieces) – optional
* Fresh parsley or green onion for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, bring water or broth to a boil.
2. Add in all the seasonings, lemon halves (squeeze before dropping in), and butter. Stir well.
3. Add chicken wings (and optional ingredients like corn, potatoes, or sausage).
4. Boil on medium-high for 20–25 minutes or until wings are cooked through and tender.
5. Scoop everything out with a slotted spoon.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot!

**Tip:** You can also toss the wings in melted garlic butter or extra seasoning for more flavor!
