Ingredients

1 bag (16 oz) mini pretzels

½ cup butter

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: holiday sprinkles or chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment.

Spread pretzels evenly on the sheet.

In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until it gently bubbles and thickens slightly (about 2–3 minutes).

Remove from heat, add vanilla, and pour mixture evenly over pretzels.

Toss gently to coat.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, stirring once halfway.

Let cool completely — the coating will firm into a sweet, buttery toffee shell.
