Cornbread Salad

Ingredients:
– 6 cups crumbled cornbread
– 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
– 1 can pinto beans, rinsed
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
– 1 cup green onions, sliced
– 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream to make dressing.
In a large dish, layer half the cornbread, beans, corn, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and cheese.
Spread half the dressing over the layers.
Repeat with remaining cornbread, veggies, cheese, and dressing.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
