Golden Cowboy Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Parmesan Dipping Sauce!
**Ingredients:
For the Chicken Bites:
1 ½ lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Cowboy Butter Sauce:
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Parmesan Dip:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

**Directions:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken bites with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Cowboy Butter Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, paprika, cayenne, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer gently for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Toss & Coat:
Pour the warm cowboy butter sauce over the cooked chicken bites. Toss well until evenly coated and glistening with that buttery, spicy goodness.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Dip:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Season to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
