2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Open the can of biscuits and separate each one. Flatten each biscuit dough into a circle.
Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
