4 lobster tails
4 tbsp butter (divided)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
Β½ cup heavy cream
ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Prepare Lobster Tails: Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, placing it on top of the shell.
Season Lobster: Season the lobster tails with salt, pepper, and a little melted butter.
Bake: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until the meat is firm and opaque.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In a skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmering until the sauce thickens. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Serve: Drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over the baked lobster tails and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes:
For an extra touch, broil the lobster tails for the last 1-2 minutes to achieve a golden top.
