Creamy Shrimp & Steak Alfredo Pasta

– 8 oz penne pasta (or pasta of your choice)
– 1/2 lb sirloin steak, seasoned with salt and pepper
– 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
– 3 tbsp unsalted butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak, let it rest, then slice it into strips.
3. In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp olive oil and sautรฉ the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
4. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
7. Top the pasta with the sliced steak and shrimp, then garnish with fresh parsley.
