1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped (or chives)
Sesame seeds (optional)

In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, making sure they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (about 350°F / 175°C). Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix well until smooth.

Toss the crispy shrimp in the sauce until they are evenly coated.

Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately for the best crunch!
