Ingredients:
100g buttermilk margarine (room temperature)
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup all purpose flour (full)
1 can condensed milk
2pcs eggs (large)
185g (1bar) cheese (grated)
1tsp baking powder

Steps:
Beat 100g room temperature butter and 1/3 cup white sugar.

Then add 2 eggs one by one.
Next, add 1 cup all purpose flour.
Add 1 can condensed milk and beat over low speed.

Add 1 tsp baking powder.
Add the 3/4 bar grated cheese and mix using a spatula. (The remaining 1/4 bar should be set it aside for toppings.)

Lay down the cupcake liners into the baking tray.

Pour 1 tbsp. of the cheesecake batter in each cupcake liner.

Top it with the remaining 1/4 grated cheese.

Then bake for 20 – 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C.
