Deviled Ham Spread

Ingredients:

* 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped or ground
* ¼ cup mayonnaise
* 2 tsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
* ½ tsp hot sauce (optional)
* ½ tsp paprika
* ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
* Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Place the chopped ham in a food processor and pulse until finely minced (but not a paste).
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, relish, hot sauce, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
5. Serve as a spread on crackers, toast, or sandwiches—or use as a filling for finger sandwiches.
