Ingredients:

1 pound chicken tenders

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (or crushed cornflakes for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese together until smooth.

In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat each chicken tender in the mayo-cheese mixture, then roll it in the crumb mixture until fully covered.

Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, honey mustard, or spicy mayo).
