Ingredients:
1 tube of biscuits (regular size, 10 count)
3 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed into ¾” pieces
¼ cup salted butter, melted
2 teaspoons dry Ranch seasoning mix
2 teaspoons garlic powder (or 3 teaspoons minced garlic)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and set aside.
Open the tube of biscuits and place them on a cutting board. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit, then pinch the seams tightly to close and form into a roll.
Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic and Ranch seasoning. Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Once baked, brush the rolls with any remaining butter mixture and let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
