Egg Rolls with Philly Cheesesteak Flavor



Ingredients:

1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
10 egg roll wrappers
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Oil for frying

Directions:

Cook beef in a hot pan, add onion, bell pepper, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Sauté until tender.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Place filling in the center of each wrapper, add cheese, then roll tightly.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
