Garlic Butter Flatbread

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Mix the dough:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms, then knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rest for 15–20 minutes.
Prepare the garlic butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Set aside.
Shape the flatbreads:
Divide the dough into 6–8 balls. Roll each one into a thin circle or oval (about ⅛-inch thick).
Cook:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place a flatbread on the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear.
Brush with garlic butter:
While still warm, brush both sides with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Serve:
Serve warm — perfect with soups, curries, or dips!
