GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES WITH CHEESY ONE-PAN PASTA

 Ingredients:
1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 Directions:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
2️⃣ Add steak to skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove steak and set aside.
3️⃣ Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Add pasta and 3 cups water to skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
5️⃣ Pour in heavy cream and add all cheeses. Stir until cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
6️⃣ Return steak to skillet and mix gently until well-coated with cheese sauce.
7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
