Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Wooden or metal skewers
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, toss well to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the chicken for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred on the edges.
Brush with any remaining glaze from the marinade during the last minute of grilling for extra flavor.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pita, tzatziki, or a side salad.
