Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter and Lemon

Ingredients:
 4 lobster tails
 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 1 lemon, juiced and zested
 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Grill the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Flip the lobster tails and brush with more garlic butter. Continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve:
Remove the lobster tails from the grill and brush with any remaining garlic butter.
Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
