Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup thinly sliced onion
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

Instructions:
1. Mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, onion & garlic powders, salt. Shape into 4 patties.
2. Sear patties in skillet until browned; set aside.
3. In same skillet, cook onions until soft. Add beef broth + Worcestershire; bring to simmer.
4. Stir cornstarch with water; whisk into gravy until thickened.
5. Return patties; simmer 5–7 min. Serve hot with gravy.
